        PROVEN RESULTS


        While still expanding his property development interests, Tony diversified his portfolio in the
        late 1980s, when he was awarded the contract to develop the Subway sandwich franchise
        in Queensland.


        Tony was responsible for:
            • The selection of suitable franchisees
            • Site identification, negotiation and acquisition for each franchisee
            • Establishing the entire wholesale food supply network for the Subway brand
            •  Supervising construction of each retail franchise outlet including stainless steel
             manufacture and shop fitting.

        Tony’s work in this field was recognised when he received Subway World Headquarters’ Pioneer
        of the Year award in 1993 for developing a new territory by establishing Subway in Queensland.


        The rest is history.


        From 2008 to present Tony has started and grown a number of businesses with success,
        with one of these growing to a turnover of $5 million and employing 30 staff in its first year.
            •  TWX Engineering: Manufacturer of roto moulding machines to produce polymer
             rainwater tanks ranging from 1,000 litres to 22,000 litres
            •  Allpro Insulation Services: Insulated over 3,500 houses during the government’s home
             insulation program
            •  Allpro Solar: Installed over 200 photovoltaic solar power systems to residential housing.

        MARKET AND OPPORTUNITY BACKGROUND

        This new housing market was created in 2016. The market has now matured and has received
        substantial backing from multiple levels of government especially within the aged care sector, given
        the recent Royal Commission findings and subsequent recommendations to the federal government.


        Timing is everything. The time is right, right now.


        From mid-2019 Tony has been committed to completing extensive research and has
        assembled a team of advisors and contributors to fit his vertically integrated business
        model to acquire appropriate and relevantly located land, build the required dwellings for
        the NDIS participants to rent long-term (20 years or more).
